“It is a common misconception that treatment for opioid use disorder is difficult, and frequently unsuccessful. The opposite is true. With appropriate medical evidence-based treatment, including medication assisted treatment, behavioral support, and community self help programs, the success for outpatient opioid use disorder treatment can approach 90%. Opioid use disorder treatment has a success rate and relapse rate similar to other chronic illnesses, such as diabetes or hypertension. At Solas Health, we provide optimal medical evidence-based treatment in a non-stigmatizing, compassionate environment. Whatever problems a patient comes to us with, we believe there is a solution.”
